How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items or handcrafted decor, please allow up to 14 days for specialized delivery and handling.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Flourish ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping in the near future.
Are your products sustainably sourced?
Yes, we prioritize ethical sourcing. Many of our wooden pieces are FSC-certified, and our textiles are made using organic fibers and non-toxic dyes whenever possible.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to initiate a free replacement.
Can I track my delivery in real-time?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal where you can monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
